1. Acceptance of Shop The Burgh Terms of Use(TOU):  Shop The Burgh provides
numerous online resources and services, including classified ads, discussion
forums, job postings, etc., referred to hereafter as (our service), subject
to the following TOU.  By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing
to comply with our TOU.  Additionally, you agree to abide by any service
specific guidelines posted for all Shop The Burgh services, which may change
from time to time.  If you object to any terms or conditions of our TOU,
or any future changes to our site or our service, your only recourse is to immediately
discontinue use.  Shop The Burgh has the right to, but is not obligated,
